My neat score is 420 can I get a government BDS collage in Chattisgarh? I am from general category and I am from other state.

With these marks it seems unlikely that you can get a Government BDS seat in Chattisgarh as you are from other state.
But with these marks you can get a seat in a private college or you can also might get a seat in your state depending on the state you belong to.
