With a score of 484, you have chances of getting admission in government medical college of Maharastra under state quota but the chances are not very high. As the cutoff of last year was 475+ for most of the government colleges of the state and is expected to be higher on 2019. But in 2018, Government Medical College, Akola was one such college which had the cutoff of 357 marks. These were the cutoffs of 70% regional quota.

In 30% state quota of Maharastra State, the cutoff for OBC category was 473 marks, so there also your chances are very less. You should be patient and attend all rounds of counselling.
