Hello,
As you have mentioned that your neet score is 404 marks and you fall under open category... Let me tell you that your chances of getting into a government medical college for MBBS is almost negligible and you don't even hold the state domicile.. See, if we talk about mop up round then previous year some students did got a seat at 508+ marks for MBBS in Karnataka under 15% All India Quota.... But if we look over previous year's cutoff for All India quota, then your chances of getting a government medical college for MBBS is almost negligible in the mop up counselling .........
But excluding MBBS, you can get other courses like BHMS, BUMS, BAMS, BDS and veterinary courses, if you are interested then you can opt any one of these...

You are just telling about only government medical colleges. But open category seats are available in private medical colleges in karnataka. I am asking the possibilty of those seats only not the 15 percent aiq
