my neet 2019 score is 500. can i get a government medical college in haryana ? i belong to general category and i have a state domicile.

according to you , in which round of counselling i will surely get a seat in these college? and also is there any other government colleges where i can get admission??

See rounds depend on the merit list.
May be possible that there is no 2nd round if seats get full in 1st or may be possible that counselling will continue to 3rd round also. Cannot confirmation on it.
And pt bhagat Medical college is with the lowest cutoff government medical college, other colleges may go with 540+ closing.

Its hard to get government medical colleges in other states under all India quota with 500 marks..
Mostly for that 550 will be needed to hope for college.

This is the only college where you have fair chances of getting a seat as rest of the colleges have higher cutoff as compared to what you are scoring . Wait for the results in order to weigh your options . Cutoff set by every state is different so we can't clearly predict that

No ,you don't have chances as to apply for government colleges in another state you need to apply under all India quota which is only 15% whereas under state quota Chances of getting a college is higher because there is 85% quota and cutoff is less too as compared to colleges under all India quota

Plus your marks are low too to get into a government college under all India quota as for that you need to score 600+ marks
