In 2019, under State Quota, 573 marks secured a seat in GMC, Bahraich under OBC Category. That was the cut off for OBC in Government Medical College of UP. Now All India Cut offs are higher than Stae cut offs and so with 480, it might be difficult for a seat GMCs of other States. You might get a Management Quota seat in Deemed Universities.

Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Hello Aspirant,

See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly whether you get seat in government college or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

But although according to the marks you have mentioned in the question you have chances of getting into some Private Colleges and Deemed Universities but very low in Government Medical Colleges according to previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-

Last year the lowest cut-off marks was 573 for Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich under Home State quota for OBC category. But if you are seeking admission in government medical colleges for other states then you have to apply for All India quota counselling but with such marks it is quite difficult to get GMCs.

To have a list of those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor:-

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!
