This year due to easy standard of paper , the cut offs got raised beyond expected. So you have almost no chances to secure a medical seat in govt.colleges in bihar but you have chances to get a conveyor quota seat in private medical colleges.
You can also try in other states like karnataka under non local category because there you may get into govt.medical colleges.
