According to the information provided by you,Your neet score is and rank is 137301.
As per previous year cutoff for sc category in state quota of Uttar Pradesh the last rank to get admission in government medical college was 113688 .
So it is difficult for you to get admission in government medical college through state quota.
I think you should go with AIQ counseling as the last rank to get college through AIQ was 293667
