my neet 2020 score is 504 and I have army quota in which my father is disability pension board out from army and they have attributed certificate is any chance to get a government medical college

Hope you are doing well. Congratulations for getting 504 marks in NEET exam. So there is no defence/ army quota applicable for NEET. So only All India quota (15%) or state quota (85%) is applicable along with the category quota.
