Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get govt. Colleges. Since you are expecting a good score of 582 and also belong to obc category, so your chances under state quota are high. As far as AI quota is concerned, you will get an average govt.
