With 576 marks, your All India Rank will be around 14000 to 16000 approximately. Since you are from the SC category, you have fair chances of getting a seat in the government medical colleges with this rank. You can get a few good medical colleges. You should apply for some state counseling.
Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
