It seems like you have a chance to get bams in government college,as you need to wait till last counsling and also attend mopup if required.As being a doctor is noble profession it take a time of more than half of a decade,Hardworking and patience. Or else if you need a career to get a decent job within a short span of time getting into MHT CET is the best option.
