Yes, there are chances for you to get the seat in the Private college in Maharashtra with this score because it's quite a good score but it also depends upon the category from which you belong whether you belong to a reserved or unreserved category because the rank for unreserved categories goes much higher than the reserved category and the rank criteria varies from year to year sometimes the rank will be more and sometimes less. If we go through last year cut-offs for UR, then with 401 marks and UR category, chances for MBBS through state quota seem tough as cut-offs are on higher side in 2020 under 85% state quota 483 marks secured seat in Vedanta Institute of Medical Science, Vedanta Hospital and Research Center, Palghar , this was the lowest marks required for MBBS, though there are possibilities for BDS in the following dental colleges-
