Hope you are doing well . With a score of 574 ,getting a government medical college in the state of Rajasthan seems very difficult through the state quota given that you belong to general category.
In 2021 , the cutoffs are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's. In 2020,the cutoff score for a general category candidate to get a government medical college was 628 with a closing AIR of 9032 . You needed to score atleast 630+ in order to get a government medical seat.
Also for management quota seats in government medical colleges in Rajasthan, the cutoff score 599 was with a closing AIR of 20,533. So getting a management quota seat in a government medical college in Rajasthan also seems difficult for you.
However you can try for government or management quota seats of other courses like BDS or Ayush .Also , if you want to apply in open states you can only do it for private colleges but won't be able to get a government medical seat .

If we go through last year AIQ cut-offs for UR, then it has been above 611 marks, as the cut-offs are on higher side, hence comparatively with 574 marks chances for GMC seem tough, you may have chances for ESIC Dental College, Gulbaraga through AIQ, have a look at last year AIQ cut-offs at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-rajasthan to know more details regarding this
As your domicile state is Rajasthan, hence if we go through last year cut-offs for management quota in GMC then it has been 599 marks with corresponding rank of 20533, hence chances regarding this seem tough, though there are possibilities of government quota in the following private medical colleges such as
