If you have the domicile of Haryana then you can apply for the government seats in Haryana only. If you wish to take admission in Gujarat then you can apply for the private colleges management quota seats.
As per the previous year cutoff according your rank the chances are less to get a seat in Government colleges. You can apply for the private & Deemed universities only.
