Hi !!

Getting into st.johns medical college is quite tough for you as  according to last year's cut off ,for a general category to obtain a seat your marks should be around 580+ . So your chances are low , but you should apply in mop up round , you may get a seat .

Based upon your rank your chances of getting a seat in St John medical college is moderate but in case you don't get the seat then you can try for management quota seats in private and deemed medical colleges.i hope this information helps you.
