Hey,
If you 'rank' is under 330 then you can surely get PMCH as,if we consider the previous year cutoff then a candidate with a rank of 26,771 got a seat there under SC category.

Dear Sir / ma'm, the lowest cut-off for Scheduled Caste category students was 370 in the Government Medical College, Bettiah. So, you do not really have chances of getting a government medical college. You masy as well wait till the last round of counselling to see what happens.
