Hi there,
Chances of getting a college depends more on rank than marks which further depends on a number of factors like difficulty level, number of students appeared.
Going by previous year's data your rank may be between 28,000 to 40,000. So chances of getting government college might be difficult through 15% AIQ as last year the AIQ cutoff marks was around 607 for general category. But if you belong to reserved category you might have chance of getting a government MBBS seat then.
Chances of getting a government seat through 85% state quota are also there but that will depend on your state domicile and also on category you belong to.

Hello aspirant,
According to the previous year cut off, the final cut off for an OBC candidate was 597 marks and the college allotted was Government Medical College, Ghazpur. Your score is quite close to the cut off, so you might have chances of getting a government medical college in your domiciled state, if you wait till the mop up round/stray round.
Other colleges which had a cut off near to your score are listed below-
Bhima Bhoi Medical College, Odisha- 595
Bundelkhand Medical College- 595
Government Medical College, Suryapet- 598
Kindly note that cut off changes every year depending on various factors such as difficulty level of the paper, category of the student, number of students attempting the paper etc.
You can also use the college predictor tool to know your chances of admission in a college/course-
Hope it helps!
