Hello student
Don't worry! You can still make corrections to your NEET application form, even after submission. Here's what you can do:
1. *Contact NTA Helpdesk*: Reach out to the National Testing Agency (NTA) helpdesk via phone (0120-6895200) or email (ntaneet@nic.in) and explain your situation.
2. *Submit a Correction Request*: Fill out the correction request form (available on the NTA website) and upload the required documents, including:
- A copy of your NEET application form
- A copy of your Aadhaar card or other ID proof showing your full name (including surname)
- A written undertaking explaining the mistake
3. *Pay the Correction Fee*: If required, pay the correction fee (currently 500rs) online.
4. *Wait for NTA's Response*: NTA will review your request and may verify your documents. If approved, they will update your application form with your surname.
5. *Verify the Corrections*: Once corrected, download and verify your updated NEET application form to ensure your surname is added correctly.
Remember to act quickly, as counseling is about to start. Good luck, and I hope this helps!
