Well i am sorry to inform you but you don't have a chance in government mbbs or bds college in Tamil nadu via all india quota.

As you have not mentioned your category, i asume you are a general category student. Hence, for bds in UR category via all india quota admission, you had to score 540+

As for ST category, for bds via all india quota, you had to score 345+.

So i am sorry to say but you don't have a chance.

You could try in private colleges tho. I am also attaching a link to cutt offs of tamil nadu of neet 2019 category wise you can also go through it.
