Yes with this mark ,you have good chances of getting a bhms government seat in tamil nadu through state quota.
The expected cutoff marks for admission into bhms course for general category students is around 350 for private colleges it's around 300. Since you are from bc category so you will also entertain certain extent of relaxation in the cutoff.
But do remember that cutoffs are expected to increase for all the courses this year. Cutoffs are subject to change these vary from college to college. So it s difficult to put forward any specific prediction.
