Talking about chances in GMC in Odisha last year closing rank for getting a seat from general category under state quota was 30947 in SL medical and hospital koraput . So according to that you have fair chances of getting a seat in government medical college.talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
