Hi there,
I am sorry to say but NEET cut off for Government colleges in any state for general category goes around 475+ marks.
However, you can expect a good private college at your range of marks. Also if any specific college you are targeting, you haven't mentioned about the same.
I hope this will give you some clarity about the cut offs. Also i want to inform that these trends are according to the previous years and keep fluctuating due to many factors each year but on an average the cut off ranges around the same.
You can check here the cut off trends to be more sure: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off

Hello student,
Well your score is quite low for any government college for mbbs through general category. But there are some private and deemed universities which provides the best of facilities and education patent too. The staff and campus also contributes at its best. But it's your financial decision that decides. Because they are too expensive starting from 5 lacs upto 50 lacs.
I advice you to take a drop if you want government college but you can settle for bhms bams bpt courses. Your score can give you good colleges regarding these courses.
