The chances are very less of getting a seat for MBBS in private colleges also through counselling. Though you belong to the OBC category there are not much chances. You can try to get admission through Management Quota. You have too low score so getting admission is too difficult. But you can try for management quota seats. First of all since you belong to UP and hold the domicile of UP then you are eligible for government seats in UP as well as government quota seats in private medical college in UP.
But if you want to apply in shri guru ram rai medical college, which is in uttarakhand then you can do so through management quota. You need to directly contact the college to do so.You cant apply for government quota seats if you dont hold the domicile.
With this its difficult but theres no harm in giving it a try.
You can try in deemed universities chances can be better
