The cutoff for NEET 2020 is 720-147 for general category. Since your marks is 163 and you belong to open category, your chances of getting MBBS seat is highly unlikely even in private institutions. You can only try through management quota as govt seats have cutoff atleast in the range of 500-550 for general category.
