170 is too low a marks to get any government MBBS or BDS colleges in All India Quota seats or State quota seats. Getting in a private college or Bams college is also quite difficult for your acquired rank. Still you can try for the private colleges if you want .Check the previous year cutoffs of various colleges to get a clearer picture.
