Based on previous records you have chances of private college and your admission in government college is also possible. You can apply through 85% state quota to get into following colleges-

Govt. Dental College, Silchar, Assam
Govt. Dental College, Dibrugarh, Assam
Cutoff varies from year to year so its not certain. But you can try in these colleges as your chances are high.
