My neet marks is 383 air is 146858 and from bihar merit list in category SC rank is 296 can i get gov. Med collage bihar in 2nd counsellig?

hey dear,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 50o were worried about their college.So, with this score and being a sc candidate if you apply for second couselling under state quota than probably you have slighter chances of getting into a govt. college for sure.So, attend counselling and all the best.
