my neet Mark's is 411 and the rank is 172870 is there any use if I apply for all india councilling

As per last years cutoff 560 was considered safe score for general category candidate to get government seat through All India Quota. With these score you can get private medical college.

Based on previous year cut off, you will not get government seat through 15% All India Counselling but you can get management quota seats in Deemed Universities through All India Counselling. You can get the following colleges -
