You have not mentioned you are looking for an MBBS or BDS college.
For SC category, you have a pretty decent chance of getting admission to an MBBS College through state quota.
MBBS Colleges like Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital, Gaya,Government Medical College, Bettiah, Vardhman Institute of Medical Sciences, Pawapuri had a cutoff less than your score in the year 2019 for the State quota. And for BDS Patna Dental College, Patna had a State quota cutoff of 409 for the SC category.
But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available. So do try even in colleges where the cutoff is more, but around your score.
