Well Congratulations first on your success.
You have a good rank and based on last years NEET Counselling data, a rank of 2935 was allotted Madras Medical College, Chennai with MD Paediatrics. Other paediatric seats were taken mostly in North Indian colleges like Kolkata, Orissa, Patna etc.
