Hello there, your neet percentage tells you have clear your neet UG exam as 45 percentile is the minimum percentile required for a sc candidate to pass but this doesn't mean that you will get a MBBS seat or any college as different colleges release and requires different cut off merit and you certainly have to cross their required marks for getting admission

So do be alert during the admission counselling rounds and confirm your admission in the college you get through the rounds.
