I would say that there are rare chances for you to get a government mbbs seat at all india level even in your category. As there are total 30,455 seats in goverment college and out of this 15,277 will be reserved.Evennif you get a seat by chance that would of last few college rather than that I will suggest you to go for a decent college in your state from 85% state quota.
