You haven't mentioned your category. If you belong to General/ EWS/OBC then  you do not have chances to get seat in Government Medical College in Uttar Pradesh based on the previous year cut off under 85% state quota.

If you belong to SC/ST category then you have chances to get seat in Government Medical College. As you haven't mentioned your category we assume that you belong to general category.
