As per previous year's cutoff you won't have much of chance to get in govt medical college even with your category rank.

A minimum of 50th percentile under general category for those who seek admissions in private dental colleges is a requirement.

Your best chance is to apply for the 85% state counseling but to get seats in MBBS college would be really tough for you. You have a much higher chance to get BDS in private colleges through Karnataka counseling . Also you can get seats in MBBS college by approaching through direct admission but you must appear for the counseling.
