The state rank is decided on the basis of no. of candidates who have filled the form. Maybe , someone who scored more than you , has not filled the application form , so he/she will not be counted in the ranking of merit list. Maybe , someone has missed the last date of form and is unable to fill the form , but have scored higher than you. In these cases , your rank might go up. But if someonne with exactly same marks as yours and is belongs to initial alphabetical characters , your rank might go down. So onw , cannot predict state rank , because it depends on no. of candidate who have filled the form , and no one can predict that.

But your both ranks are good , you might get a college.
