You might get admission through management quota but the chances are very low .I would rather suggest you to prepare well ,work religiously and reappear in NEET next year rather then becoming a doctor somehow .

I am sorry to tell you dear but 184 marks is very low in neet and according to past year trends,  this much marks can't fetch a seat not even under management quota.

I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.
