Hey,
Your NEET score is not so good so it will not be possible for you to get admission in any government medical college. Even for the students falling in SC/ST category the rank needed for a good government medical college is very high.

You can get various private colleges but they can demand a big amiamo of fees. Personally speaking you should work hard for 1 more year as if you can as studying in a private college nowdays can charge you a lot and moreover education at various private colleges is not so good.
You can use our link given below to search the college you can get with this score,

If you think that you can work hard in your studies for one more year than a drop is better than planning to get in any private medical college.
Hope this helps, if you have any other inquary you can comment down below.
GOOD LUCK!
Hello aspirant!
I am sorry to tell you but with a score of 199 in NEET UG 2019, I don't think you will be able to get a government or private college even if you belong to SC category. I think you should drop a year if you're determined to get a seat in medical. I hope this information was helpful! I wish you all the very best!
