My NEET score-436 and AIR-95457 of General Cate. from Haryana. Can I take part Karnataka 2nd rnd counselling if not taken part in 1st round.

Since Haryana is your state of domicile you would be applying for the AIQ seats in Karnataka . If you have already registered then yes you can take part in the second round of counselling for Karnataka , even if you haven't participated in the first round .
