With the information that you have provides your question is incomplete.It would had been better if you had mentioned your rank,category and the domicile.The NEET admissions are provided on the basis of 85% State Quota and 15% All India Quota.Private colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seatsnare filled in by the respective State Counselling Authorities.

Based upon the marks you have better chances if admission in the private colleges bases upon 85% State Quota.The cutoffs are quite high this year.
