I am quite sorry to say but a score of 118 is too less for any Category Student appearing for NEET and since this year's Rank Inflation went beyond expectations for all, the chances of securing a seat at this score has fallen drastically.

I will suggest you to take a drop in order to prepare well and fight back next year.
