The cut off for OBC Category for NEET 2020 is 146-113. This applies to all those courses that take admission through NEET score. With a score of 155, unfortunately you might not be able to secure a seat even in a Private College. But to answer your question, because you scored NEET cut off, you can participate in both All India and State Counsellings. But if you have decided about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good. That will be the only option because with this score, you cannot even get Private Medical Colleges. So you may have to consider appearing for NEET 2021.
