I am sorry to say but a score of 175 is too low to bag you a seat in any of the medical colleges.
Govt. Medical Colleges are totally out of your hands, your only might be some Private Medical College but for that too, the options are too bleak.
I suggest you take a year drop and prepare quite hard in order to secure a better score next year.
