As you must already know that there's a high competition for getting a government mbbs seat through neet.
And with these marks, I'm sorry to say, you can't get an mbbs seat.
If you want, you can apply to take admission in a deemed university, or through management quota. But their chances are also a bit low with this score. But it is not totally off limits.
If you choose your colleges wisely keeping in mind previous years' cutoffs, you can get a seat.
