There are no chances for you to get a seat. And there will be no management seat within 10 lakhs. This year's statistics is quite high.  Management quota will have fee structure above 15 Lakhs. You can get a seat because certain college requires just a pass mark but you will have to pay 15lakhs or more than that. If you are desperate about getting a seat then you can take NEET next year also. Let me remind you that the one who scored 720/720 this year  was taking NEET for the second time. ALL THE BEST. If you hold the domicile of Tamilnadu, you can only apply through Management Quota seats in MP. And these are quite expensive atleast 40 lakhs. And 240 is a tad less score for a seat even with OBC reservation. But if you have decided about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good. That will be the only option because with this score, you cannot even get Private Medical Colleges. So you may have to consider appearing for NEET 2021.
