As you have mentioned that your neet score is 263 marks and you fall under obc category. With 263 your chances to get a seat in in government medical colleges is almost negligible. But for getting a government seat in bhms you might scored between 300–350 . But you can also get a seat in a private college for that you must be neet qualified that is ,119 marks in neet. The information I have given is about good private colleges . Also the fee structure in private bhms is very manageable in comparison to MBBS or BDS . So best of luck for your future.
