I am really very sorry to say but with this score you will not be able to get a seat in government medical college especially if you belong to general category.
Do keep trying, don't lose hope friend.

Sorry but with these marks you won't be able to get a seat in govt medical colleges the competition level is very high and you need to have a better score to secure a seat in govt colleges. You might try for management quota seat
