As in Karnatka 85% seats are reserved for home state quota so there are chances for you as you're in home state quota.
For even SC category ,300 marks are pretty average because on the basis previous trends for home state quota, Marks you needed for government college admission was at least 320, but the cutoff subjects to change every year and you're pretty close, that too in home state quota so you should definitely give it a try.

Based upon your score expectation in NEET exam you really have very low chances to get into govt colleges through the AIQ and state quota both even if you belong to the reserved categories you have less chances.
You can still expect seat in Private Deemed Universities.

Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of NEET,you seems to have chance of getting seat in government medical college with UR and SC quota. You can get Belgaum Institute of medical science and research,Bidar Institute of medical science etc.
