There is no data available for OBC category over last years. However, the cutoff for general category was 395 in 2017. Now, if we apply certain calculations, you have some chances of selection under state quota.

Sorry to say but according to your score and previous year trends it is difficult for you to get goverment seats but you can try for private colleges under state quota.
