At a neet score of 351 you have less chances at obc category seats  at government seats. You can try at private colleges and deemed universities but the fee is generally around 10-20 lakhs.
For government quota seats at the private colleges , you have less chances as the cutff has increased much this year also you havenot mentioned the state.

However as you know that cutoff changes every year depending on various factors like difficulty level of the exam questions , number of candidates appearing and the recent COVID19 crisis etc.
