Yes with this mark ,you have good chances of getting a bhms government seat.
The expected cutoff marks for admission into bhms course for general category students is around 300 for private colleges it's around 250.for obc catagory it would be even lesser.since you are from uttar pradesh so you can get admission in some colleges in uttar pradesh through 85% state quota.
You have scored enough to get a government seat for bhms course.one thing to keep in mind is that cutoffs vary from college to college .The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
